Responsibilities
- Participate in Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance programs as a technology expert
- Lead customer conversations to define modern Data Management architecture
- Lead Data Management & Governance assessments to help clients select the optimal technology stack in Metadata Management, Data Quality, Lineage and other related capabilities
- Create roadmaps and implementation plans for the selected technology stack
- Lead Collibra implementations as a senior technologist
- Support Collibra business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations
- Create reusable templates and lead accelerators development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years in a Technology Consulting role leading Data Management & Governance initiatives
- Deep practical subject matter expertise in the following areas: Data Quality, Metadata Management & Data Catalog, Data Lineage
- Minimum 2 years of Collibra implementation experience (Certified Solution Architect or Ranger)
- Technology expertise with one or several other commercial or open-source tools, e.g. Alation, Informatica, Ataccama
- Practical expertise in conducting maturity assessment and gap analysis and providing strategic roadmap and solution implementation guidelines
- Expertise on industry & market trends with tools scoring model for selecting fit for purpose technology solution and tailoring and applying industry best practices at scale
- Extensive practical expertise with modern data stack, agile environments and high-end technologies
- Understanding of modern concepts as Data Observability, DataOps and Data Mesh
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language, to drive client side discussions and draft concise documentation when required

- Practical experience with Collibra Data Quality
- Technology expertise in modern Big Data & Cloud stack: Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, etc
- Practical expertise in implementation of Data Governance for modern cloud data lakes
